Return Policy

Standard products (those not made to order) can be returned within 14 days in accordance with GEO 34/2014.

Custom-made personalised products (special dimensions, materials, colours, configurations – e.g. fixed/extendable corner sofa) cannot be returned pursuant to GEO 34/2014 art. 16 letter c.

If the customer refuses to accept a confirmed order, they will bear the round-trip transport costs.

The return of accepted products is done at the customer’s expense, and the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
