1. General information

The msmlux.ro website serves to present the products sold by mobsim&mih srl, VAT no. RO37087503, headquartered in Satu Mare, bul. Unirii, no. 63, phone 0756680172, email mobilasm@yahoo.com.

2. Request for a quote

Sending a request for a quote via the website, phone, WhatsApp, or email does not constitute a firm order and does not imply any contractual obligations.

3. Order confirmation

An order becomes firm only after the customer confirms the offer in writing (email/WhatsApp) and pays the advance, if requested.

4. Made-to-order products

Most products are made to order, according to the customer’s specifications (dimensions, materials, colours, configurations – e.g. fixed or extendable corner sofa).

Pursuant to GEO 34/2014 art. 16 letter c, custom-made personalised products cannot be returned.

5. Advance payment

The seller reserves the right to request an advance payment of between 10% and 30% of the product’s value to confirm the order.

6. Delivery

Delivery is made by courier or carrier. The delivery time is an estimate and will be communicated to the customer upon order confirmation.

7. Refusal of an order

In the event of an unjustified refusal of a confirmed order, the customer will bear the round-trip transport costs and any production costs.

8. Warranty

The products benefit from a 12-month warranty in accordance with the legislation in force.

9. Complaints

Any non-conformities must be reported within a maximum of 48 hours of receiving the product, accompanied by photographs.

10. Disputes

Any disputes will be resolved amicably; otherwise, they will be settled by the competent courts in Romania.
